Takashi Nakazawa is a real estate appraiser with over 20 years of experience, currently leading International Relations at Japan Valuers. Takashi has been engaged in international property valuations in Thailand, Viet Nam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Hawaii and other locations in Asia Pacific Regions in addition to various locations in Japan. In Japan, yet not limited to, his main clients are from overseas including institutional investors, banks, general corporations, foreign embassies and high-networth-individuals. Takashi has experienced wide variety of property valuations from residential to commercial, hospitality, healthcare, logistics and other various types of assets.
