Takashi Nakazawa is a real estate appraiser with over 20 years of experience, currently leading International Relations at Japan Valuers. Takashi has been engaged in international property valuations in Thailand, Viet Nam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Hawaii and other locations in Asia Pacific Regions in addition to various locations in Japan. In Japan, yet not limited to, his main clients are from
overseas including institutional investors, banks, general corporations, foreign embassies and high-networth-individuals. Takashi has experienced wide variety of property valuations from residential to commercial, hospitality, healthcare, logistics and other various types of assets. His valuation scenes are from developments, to property / business rehabilitations, fair value accounting, securitization, expert
witness, mortgage lending and internal decision makings. He specializes in property valuations for institutional investors and has expertise in valuing hotels, resorts, and retail assets in tourist areas. Based on his broad knowledge of valuation standards globally and locally, Takashi keeps working on both domestic and global assignments particularly in Asia-Pacific regions.
