She is responsible for regional business​ development and cross-border valuation coordination across ASEAN markets, supporting international clients with inbound and outbound investment related to Japan and Southeast Asia. Her professional background includes a wide range of asset classes such as residential, commercial, office, industrial, and hospitality properties. She works closely with valuation teams, financial institutions, and investors to facilitate smooth project execution, market understanding, and client communication. Being a RICS candidate (Valuation pathway) and fluent in Burmese, English, and Japanese, enabling her to bridge
regional markets and support multicultural business environments.
